Due to several different factors, our shipping times can vary. On average, it can take between 5-7 business days to receive your order after it has been placed. The time it takes can vary based on where you are located, as well as where the product is being shipped from. Karma Kasi sources and sells products all over the world in order to provide the same products and services no matter where you are located globally. Other factors may include weather conditions in your area, Covid restrictions, product availability, delays with shipping/delivery companies, etc. We do everything we can to make sure your package arrives as soon as possible; Unfortunately,  some factors are just out of our control. The good news is that you can track and check the status of your order 24hrs a day 7 days a week via our website. Do you offer international shipping?

The short answer is YES! Karma Kasi Haircare is proud to offer international shipping and welcomes international customers. Any order that is placed at Karma Kasi Haircare automatically receives FREE shipping no matter where you are located globally. However, we do recommend that you check to make sure that your country is one that we are able to ship to, as there are some (not many) countries that we are not allowed to ship to or that are restricted.

Karma Kasi has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. Some exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. To start a return or exchange send us an email to info@karmakasi.com and we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label.
