Shipping Policy

Karma Kasi Haircare Shipping Policy: 


Due to the lasting effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, some orders may be subject to delayed shipping times. Also, an order may be delayed for other reason such as natural disasters/ weather, logistics, local postal fluctuations, holidays etc. We want to make sure our customers are aware that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. This is due, in part, to the fact that we partner with many different manufacturers and source materials and goods from all over the world. 


All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hrs and can take anywhere from 7 to 30 business days to receive (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping: within the U.S. shipping is FREE on all orders. Our products are predominantly only available in the United States, but we plan to expand further in the coming months and eventually expand to serve customers globally. 


Local delivery/ local pick-up: We do not offer local pick-up as we do not have a brick and mortar location; we operate solely online. 


International Shipping: Some of our products offer international shipping. The products in which international shipping is available, will specify whether or not we can ship to your address.


Tracking your order: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number. We will look into it and get back to you with your updated and current order information as soon as we can. 

Shipping to P.O.boxes: Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. When inputting your address in the order form, if your address is not deliverable, it will be stated and you will not be able to continue further with your order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
